Who I am

This site belongs to Forster Chan Photography. Questions about your information go to [email protected].

What you send me

When you apply for a Tokyo session, the form sends your names, email, session type and answers to me by email, through a form service called Web3Forms. I use them only to reply to you and plan your session. I don't sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

Cookies and ad tracking

The Tokyo pages use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and tells Meta when you visit those pages and when you send an application, so I can see which ads work and Meta can show my ads to the right people. When an application goes through, my server also sends that event to Meta with your IP address and browser details so it can be matched to the ad. Your name, email and answers are never sent to Meta.

Meta may use this information as described in its privacy policy.

Where you came from

If you arrive from an ad, the ad's link labels (which campaign and ad it was) are saved in your browser and logged with your application. That log has no names or contact details.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based ads at aboutads.info, youradchoices.ca (Canada) or youronlinechoices.eu (Europe).
